Professor Frayling is an expert on many aspects of cinema and one of the most inspiring lecturers on the subject. He has written numerous books including an acclaimed biography of Sergio Leone and an excellent book on the genre of 'Horror'. This and the next portrait were inspired by a lecture he gave on Horror movies which included the classic 'Nosferatu'.
