Amputees, Wat Tan Hospital, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. While working in Cambodia in 1993, it was very common to see amputees, land mine survivors, filling the hospitals and begging on the streets. These men were awaiting limbs to be fitted by the French organisation, Handicap International. |
